Challenge: Create a feel good campaign targeting UK Gen Z communicating that to be a member on giffgaff, a budget mobile virtual network operator, is to exist on a higher realm of unbridled optimism.
Insight: 1.9 million UK households struggled to afford broadband internet in 2024. UK Gen Z wants to support brands that are doing “good.” So why not capitalize on the fact that there’s no better feeling than to give a little and get a little and help do some good?
Idea: “giffalittlegetalittle” — a campaign where members can donate internet to those who lack access in exchange for credit on their plan.
