Challenge: Show UK Gen Z that being on giffgaff, a budget mobile network, means living in a state of good vibes and optimism.

Insight: 1.9 million UK households struggled to afford broadband internet in 2024. UK Gen Z wants to support brands that are doing “good.” Helping others feels good, especially when you benefit too.
